Khamis Mushayt General Hospital has received a 3-year-old child, who swallowed a toy battery, referred from King Abdullah Hospital in Bisha. After conducting the necessary medical check-up and radiological examinations, the child has undergone an urgent surgery by the medical team at Khamis Mushayt General Hospital. Then, coordination has been carried out with Maternity and Children Hospital to hospitalize the patient according to the adopted medical protocol.
