The Ministry of Health (MOH) has recently opened a section of painless childbirth at the Maternity and Children Hospital in Arar. The internationally-recognized program is applied in a number of the Kingdom specialized hospitals, but the first of its kind in the northern region.
Also, a recovery section was opened within the radiology department at the Maternity and Children Hospital for those whom their conditions require magnetic resonance imaging under anesthesia, in a move that aims at upgrading the patient safety procedures and follow up theme closely to prevent any complications.
