According to the Ministry of Health (MOH), a medical team at Al-Wajh Hospital, Tabuk Region, managed to save the life of a 6-year old child with severe brain hemorrhage as a result of falling from a height of two meters. At the emergency section and after doing the required examinations, the treating doctor decided to put the child under supervision for 24 hours, but his father refused and insisted to take him to his house. Three hours later he rushed his son back to the hospital in coma and vomiting and clinical examinations revealed that he had severe hemorrhage and blood collecting between the skull bone and dura mater membrane, causing strain on the brain.

Immediately, he was transferred to the operating room and an urgent operation was performed on him to stop the bleeding and remove the blood clot pressing on the brain. Then the child was placed under intensive care and his condition was stable.
