MOH: Successful Surgery Saves Child Thumb from Amputation at King Fahad Central Hospital in Jazan

A medical team, led by orthopedist Dr. Ahmad Suleiman Al-Hafiz, managed to save the thumb of a 2-year old baby from amputation, at King Fahad Central Hospital in Jazan.
 
The baby girl came to the hospital with a deep cut in the tendon of her thumb. She was rushed to the operating room and the team managed to repair the injury without the need to amputate the finger. The child is currently under a treatment plan and follow-up by the treating doctor and recovering well, thanks to Allah.
