31.184 Visitors to Beneficiary Service Center of Jeddah Health Affairs Directorate over the Past 3 Months

Jeddah Health Affairs General Directorate has provided its services, via its Beneficiary Service Center, to more than 20.002 beneficiaries from a total number of 23.811 visitors (at a rate of 83.8%) over the first quarter of the current year. This is achieved by means of by applying the mechanism of a full closure of doors, in a regulatory process to study the interaction of the departments required to be available at the center to provide services to beneficiaries directly, and with no need to incur moving between the east and west towers of the directorate.
 
It is worth mentioning that the Beneficiary Service Center is keen to provide its services, through the presence of a number of employees affiliated to the most important departments that are carefully selected; out of being the departments most visited by beneficiaries. The center also aims at adding further departments in the near future; in an endeavor to serve a large segment of beneficiaries; given that the center is equipped with all technical and electronic devices, waiting areas, and display screens.
 
It should also be noted that in case of failure to implement the service of the beneficiary at the center, his need for additional service, or request to meet any senior official, the center shall coordinate his meeting with the official, in order to facilitate the procedures for the beneficiaries’ convenience.
