The Ministry of Health (MOH) stated that Surgery Section at Buraidah Central Hospital (BCH) has conducted 5,545 surgeries over the past year. The annual report of the hospital shows that the number of the one-day surgeries has amounted to 1,927, while the number of inpatients amounted to 9,220 during the same year.
“The number of beneficiaries of the hospital’s medical services witnessed an increase of 25% last year compared to its previous year,” the report reads. It is worth mentioning that the hospital is currently witnessing the implementation of projects, with a view to focusing on the qualitative services and utilizing the available resources; in an endeavor to achieve further quality and excellence in the implementation of the therapeutic services provided to patients.
