This is can be carried out by means of measuring the vital signs (pulse rate, body temperature, respiration rate) and blood sugar, as well as providing emotional and health support and health education. The program also promotes the awareness on how to deal with bleeding and injuries; with a view to promoting the level of emergency culture and the proper dealing with emergency cases. The program also includes the provision of ambulatory bags and the distribution of awareness publications for homeland soldiers.
