His Excellency the Minister of Health, Eng. Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al-Falih, has inspected today, Wednesday, the work progress at the Maternity and Children Hospital (MCH) in Buraydah. Accompanied by the Assistant Director-General of Therapeutic Services at Al-Qassim Health Affairs Directorate, Dr. Sultan Al-Shaie, Al-Falih paid a field visit to the hospital, starting with emergency section, passing by outpatient clinics and medical sections related to serving patients and visitors. Ha also got acquainted on the process of receiving patients at the emergency section and sorting out medical cases for visitors.
The Director of the Hospital, Specialist Abdulaziz Al-Fawzan briefed Al-Falih on the therapeutic programs at the hospital's sections, the rates of hospitalization cases and the auditors’ preparation for sections. He also got acquainted on the developmental health projects being implemented at the hospital, such as the nursery and ICU project, as well as the percentage of work that has been completed of the project, and the stages currently being under progress.
The Minister called for the importance of focusing on the development of the health services provided for patients, highlighting that the MOH supports all projects carried out at the hospital, particularly those currently being implemented. Finally, he extended his thanks to the teamwork for their efforts.
