Minister of Health Approves Transfer of 4,496 Employees

His Excellency the Minister of Health, Eng. Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al-Falih, in the presence of His Excellency the Vice Minister of Health, Mr. Hamad Al-Doweila’ and His Excellency the Deputy Minister of Health for Human Resources, Mr. Abdul-Hadi Al-Mansouri, has issued a resolution, approving the new transfer movement of 4,496 MOH's employees, working at different job categories, to the available positions that are compatible with their qualifications.
 
Al-Mansouri explained that this unprecedented movement included internal, external and swap transfer which were done electronically, based on the adopted differentiation elements, given that the MOH requested the transferred employees to commence work at their new locations within 15 days, starting from the date of this resolution.
 
He pointed out that when such movements give the opportunity for employees to move to the regions they desire, it will definitely contribute to their stability and help them focus more on providing the health service to citizens.
Al-Mansouri went on saying that the e-transfer processes took into account the principle of justice among the MOH's employees, willing to transfer internally within the same region or between the health affairs general directorates. He pointed out that the MOH portal is working to communicate with all transferred employees, via the following link: www.moh.gov.sa, in addition to sending SMS to them.
 
Within the same vein, Al-Mansouri lauded the role of MOH human resources departments in the development processes, as well as achieving the aspirations of the MOH’s employees; in such a manner that achieves the public interest. Finally, he wished all transferred employees success.
