MOH Launches the “My Health” System for e-Services (Beta Version)
25 March 2015
As part of the ongoing efforts exerted by the Ministry of Health (MOH) to make the best use of the modern technologies to improve its medical services and make them accessible easily to beneficiaries, the Ministry, represented by the Information and Communications Technology (ICT), has launched the beta version of the “My Health” System, including a variety of e-services.

The current version of the “My Health” e-System enables citizens and residents to benefit from a number of services, including the ability to access their files in the Treatment Orders Inquiry System, their messages in the “Citizen’s Voice” System and their children’s files in the Vaccinations Reminder Service. The aforementioned e-system also offers a service allowing visitors to evaluate MOH hospitals.
It is worth mentioning that access to the “My Health” e-System is associated with registration in the National Information Center’s system to verify the visitors; by means of sending a verification code to their e-mail, so that they submit their mobile phone number and complete the access process to the service.

For his part, the Advisor to the Minister of Health and Supervisor General of the ICT, Dr. Abdullah Al-Weheibi, has underlined that the Ministry pays, within its strategic plan, great attention to the ICT. “This comes within the framework of the MOH’s staunch belief in the importance of the application of e-technology in the health care domain,” said Dr. Al-Weheibi, adding that the Ministry is keen to facilitate access to reliable health information and the required health services, meanwhile, saving time and effort.
