A Training Course on “Bone Injuries Treatment” Came to an End

The Hospitals General Department of the Ministry of Health (MOH), in collaboration with a company specialized in the field of bone injuries, has organized a training course on “Bone Injuries Treatment”, in the presence of more than 50 orthopedic surgeons working at a number of the MOH hospitals throughout the Kingdom’s regions. The training course has recently come to an end in Riyadh.
 
The Scientific Supervisor of the Riyadh-hosted Training Course, Dr. Ahmad Nasser Albu-Eisa, has highlighted that this training course aims at training the orthopedic surgeons on the latest developments in this domain, by means of lectures and various workshops. He added that a number of visiting lecturers from Holland, German and Spain, that is to be added to a number of orthopedic surgeons from the MOH hospitals, participated in this training course.
 
For his part, the Coordinator of the Training Program at the Hospitals General Department, Dr. Ahmad Al-Jibai, has underscored that the current training program comes in continuation of the previous training ones, as it includes two courses in each of Riyadh and Jeddah. He added that more than 100 orthopedic surgeons will participate in both training courses, which will be held under the supervision of the Director General of Hospitals, Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Ghamdi. In addition, Dr. Al-Jibai has pointed out that the aforementioned training course is accredited by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCHS).
