Dr. Al-Rabeeah Confirms Integration and Concertedness of the Health Sectors' Efforts in Service of the Hajj Performers

His Excellency the Minister of Health, Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Rabeeah made ,on Sunday morning,inspection visit to the governmental health sectors participating in providing the health services in the Hajj season.

Thus, he paid a visit to the headquarters of the Medical Services of the Armed Forces, Health Affairs of the National Guards, and NewSecurity Forces Hospital, where he had a look on the work flow and preparations provided for the Hajj performers.

During his visit, he viewed the medical equipment and workforce which were provided in the Medical Services of the Armed Forces and the aerial medical evacuation related to it, Health Affairs of the National Guards, and New Security Forces Hospital.

He toured the sections, and looked at the services provided by these health sectors for the Hajj performers.

Within the same vein, he stressed on the importance of integration and harmony among all the health sectors; in order to provide the health services for the Hajj performers.

He went on lauding the concerted efforts of all these sectors, and their integrated preparation; in ordered to provide the healthcare for the Hajj performers.

He further stated that providing the health services for the Hajj performers tops the state's priorities, may Allah guide it; remarking on what he witnessed in terms of achievements and preparations, which in turn contribute to achieving health successes.

He also noted that the health hajj plan is self-contained system of efforts and services in which all participate.

He went on to point out that all the medicine warehouses and medical equipment belong to the entire health sectors. We are fully prepared to provide them with the workforce and medicine; and all what medically serves the Hajj performer.

He all the more made clear that it is important to unify and boost up the efforts of all the health sectors taking part in the Hajj season; in order to guarantee providing fully fledged healthcare and harmonized health services for the Hajj performers.

This goes with the directives of our rulers, may Allah protect them, which constantly stress on exerting every effort and harness all the capabilities; in order to serve the Hajj performers.

Meanwhile, he emphasized that the private sector is keen on providing its services for the Hajj performers, but the Ministry of Health (MOH) has risen to the occasion for years; a thing that brought it to the forefront due to what it possesses in terms of experience and sophisticated medical equipment. He also added that the private sector is fully ready for participation if need be.

He added that the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, may Allah protect him, affirm and call for integrationamong all the health sectors in the Hajj season; in order to serve the Hajj season.

And he stressed that the goal is to guarantee that the Hajj season is safe and it isfree of diseases, and maintain the Hajj performers' health and safety.

He was accompanied by his Excellency the Deputy Minister for Health Affairs, Dr. Mansour Al-huasi, and his Excellency the Deputy Minister for Planning and Development; and the Head of the Preparatory Hajj Committees, Dr. Mohammed bin Hamzah Khushaim, and a number of the MOH officials and heads of the Hajj committees of the Ministry of Health (MOH).
