As part of the activities of this year’s Hajj season, and within the framework of the ongoing health awareness efforts, carried out by the Ministry of Health (MOH); the MOH Media and Health Awareness Information Center puts for the second consecutive week into force the service of “Pilgrims' Health .. is our Address”. This service is provided to the pilgrims for the tenth year, through the Center’s toll-free number: 8002494444, and via the MOH account on Twitter: @SAUDIMOH. Within the same vein, the Center hosts daily a group of senior consultants and specialists in various health specialties in the Kingdom; in order to provide the public callers the intensive health educational, outreach and awareness messages, as much as possible, for the benefit of pilgrims in due time, before going to the Holy Sites and commencing on Hajj, and even during the Hajj season.
It is noteworthy that the MOH, through the Media and Health Awareness Information Center, will host Dr. Hafiza Turkestani, a consultant in obstetrics and gynecology, tomorrow “Sunday” 6/10/2013 (corresponding to 1/12/1434H) from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Later in the same day, it will also host Dr. Sami Hajjar, a consultant of infectious diseases from 1:00 pm. to 3:00 pm.
