Within the framework of the MOH awareness efforts, and as part of the activities of the Ministry of Health (MOH) during this year's Hajj season, the Media Information and Health Awareness Center, for the second straight week, keeps the "Hajj Performers' Health Is our Façade" service in force, which it provides for the Hajj performers for the tenth year. It is put into effect by the Center via the toll-free number: 8002494444; and the MOH Twitter account. Thus, they are to host a constellation of senior consultants and specialists of all the health specialties in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, on a daily basis.
And due to the growing demand of the callers and their interacting with this service in its first week; and a desire in providing the callers with the most of intensive health educational and guiding messages; in order for the Hajj performer to benefit from them in the nick time before going to the Holy Sites and beginning the Hajj rites, and even during the Hajj season, the Center, starting of the beginning of the next week, is to entertain a group of physicians and specialists by two-physician pace on a daily basis. They are to answer the callers' questions and provide them with medical tips and guidelines, especially for those seeking to perform the Hajj rites.
To that effect, on Sunday, 1/12/1434h; corresponding to 6/10/2013, the Center is to host Dr. Hafyzah Al-turkistani, the obstetrics and gynecology consultant, starting of ten o'clock morning to twelve o'clock afternoon. Also, on the same day, it is to invite Sami Al-hajar, the infectious diseases consultant, from one o'clock to three o'clock afternoon.
Similarly, the Media Information and Health Awareness Center continues providing the "Hajj Performers' Health Is our Façade", to the effect that on Monday, 2/12/1434h, corresponding to 7/10/2013, it is to host the pharmacist Amal bint Mayawaiah Abu Al-jadail to give some pharmaceutical tips, from ten o'clock morning to twelve o'clock afternoon. Moreover, it is to play host for Dr. Jamil Faqeeha, the orthopedic surgery consultant, from one o'clock to three o'clock afternoon.
As regards on Tuesday, 3/12/1434h, corresponding to 8/10/2013, from ten o'clock morning to twelve o'clock afternoon, the Center is to host Dr. Mohaib Ahmed Al-Abdullah, Senior Cardiology and Internal Medicine Consultant. On the other hand, during the afternoon period, it is to invite Dr. Salah Al-rajhi, the bariatric and family medicine consultant, from one o'clock to three o'clock afternoon.
Still, on Wednesday, 4/12/1434h, corresponding to 9/10/2013, the Center is to host Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Eylawi, the internal medicine and rheumatism consultant, from ten o'clock to twelve o'clock afternoon; whereas it is to receive Dr. Abdullah Al-huqail, the infectious diseases consultant, as a guest, from one o'clock to three o'clock afternoon of the same day.
It is worth mentioning that the specialists of the MOH Media Information and Health Awareness Center are fully ready throughout work time and during work days to advise and guide Hajj performers and their families on the importance of taking the basic and compulsory vaccines, and the significance of adhering to the medication prescriptions; and other health issues which concern them and help them perform their Hajj rites and keep their health and safety, Allah willing.
