Further to its previous statements and among what has been indicated in the press conference about detecting some suspected cases of Coronavirus, MOH has announced detecting four new confirmed cases of Coronavirus among citizens in the Eastern Region, one of them has been released from hospital after recovery, while the other three cases are currently still under the medical observation receiving the proper treatment.
MOH would like to indicate that it has hired consultants from international universities in USA and Canada specialized in the field of combating the communicable diseases to work with it now, that is to be added to the National Scientific Committee for Infectious Diseases, which comprises consultants from Saudi universities and military and specialized health sectors. Meanwhile, MOH is to announce any updated information or scientific recommendations on this disease.
It is noteworthy that MOH had already directed a number of medical tips and guidelines to citizens and residents in several ways, including social media; in order to raise the health awareness of this virus, and reduce the potential of infection with it.
