Dr. Al-Meshal Praises Inauguration of Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Hospital in Riyadh

His Excellency the Chief Executive Officer of Saudi Food and Drug Authority, Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Meshal, has expressed his overwhelming happiness due to the inauguration of Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Hospital in Riyadh. On this occasion, Dr. Al-Meshal said, “It is a great pleasure for our nation to celebrate the inauguration of such health institutions; given that, this inauguration bears a lot of cheerful and happy connotations, namely, the inauguration of any hospital indicates the elimination of plagues and infections, and resistance of diseases, in a manner that improves the health of citizens, which entails the improvement of their performance after having acquired good health, wellness, and power that enable them to reconstruct the Kingdom, consequently, our society can develop and grow depending on the good health of citizens, and elimination and combat of infectious diseases.”
 
“We in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,” added Dr. Al-Meshal, “celebrate such occasions in a successive and growing manner, by virtue of the support of Almighty Allah firstly, and then to the directives of our Wise Government under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, the King of reforms who exerts his tremendous efforts to improve the conditions of our nation and citizens. Also, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz pays special attention to the health of citizens and residents, as clearly shown in the rapid expansion of allocating billions of Saudi Riyals for construction of hospitals and health centers all over the Kingdom. For instance, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz has recently directed to allocate SR 15.1 billion for construction of 19 medical complexes and hospitals, and 3 centers for children's behavioral and growth disorders, the first of its kind to be established in the Kingdom, offering a high-standard of care and treatment for patients suffering from Autism, and Hyperactivity.”
 
Dr. Al-Meshal went on to say “We all feel the keenness of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, manifested in the inauguration of Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Hospital; such an inauguration that crowns the Saudi health system and adds another great medical edifice to our dear Capital; knowing that, Prince Mohammed Abdulaziz Hospital comprises the best medical specifications according to the latest global designs, and affords 500 beds. This hospital will defiantly reduce pressure on the other hospitals in Riyadh, and serve residents of the eastern part of this city, especially with the availability of comprehensive medical specialties, including intensive care, emergency, radiology pavilions and digital operating rooms, in addition to a laboratory supplied with the latest medical equipments.”
 
“I know that the inauguration of this integrated medical edifice is deemed as a part of successive medical edifices to be inaugurated successively all over regions and cities of the Kingdom, with the aim of supplying citizens and residents with the latest medical equipments which emulate the latest equipments in the world,” said Dr. Al-Meshal.
 
In conclusion, Dr. Al-Meshal was quoted as saying, “I pray for Almighty Allah to perpetuate the boon of safety and security in our country, bless the steps taken by our Government to achieve progress and prosperity, meet the requirements of health and welfare, and give blessings to such successive medical achievements made by His Excellency the Minister of Health, Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Rabeeah.”
 
On the other hand, Major General Saeed bin Mohammed Al-Asmary, Director General of the Saudi Armed Forces Medical Services, has expressed his deepest thanks and gratitude for the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, the Supreme Commander of  Armed Forces , King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, as well as His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Defense, Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz, and His Royal Highness, Second Deputy Prime Minister, and Chancellor and Special Envoy for the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Prince Muqrin bin Abdulaziz, May Allah save them, due to their unlimited support towards the health sector, shown in the inauguration of Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Hospital by the Second Deputy Prime Minister, on behalf of the Custodian of the two Holy Mosques.
 
Major General Al-Asmary affirmed, “This medical edifice is deemed as an example for the unlimited support of the Rulers towards our nations and citizens in all fields, especially the medical one, with the aim of improving the quality of healthcare for all beneficiaries of such rendered services.”
 
In conclusion, the Director General of the Saudi Armed Forces Medical Services pointed out that Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Hospital is seen as a great addition and remarkable contribution to the field of healthcare in the Kingdom, and reflects the medical progress achieved by the Kingdom, the matter that's considered complementary to the medical role played by all health sectors in our generous nation.
