We are honored to hold this inauguration, under your gracious patronage, of the following benevolent, developmental projects:
- 29 hospital and health facilities.
- 391 primary healthcare centers.
- Laying the foundation of two medical cities to serve the peoples of the northern and southern regions.
- Projects within three medical cities and a specialist hospital.
- Seven general hospitals, two medical towers and 70 digital operation theatres.
- 111 primary healthcare centers.
It goes without saying that these projects stand out as a colossal cultural paradigm shift, unprecedented throughout the Ministry's history; thereby the Ministry has managed to operate a total of 450 hospitals and 645 primary healthcare centers over the past three years.

Allow me to take this opportunity to make clear that all such achievements would have never come into being but for Allah's guidance in the first place, and your colossal support, generous directives and keen interest in preserving our people's health and prosperity.
Three and half years ago, you – May Allah protect you – gave orders to do whatever necessary for maintaining patients' health, and provide best-quality health services for them, in parallel with developing the Ministry of Health (MOH), and uplifting the values and principles of justice, inclusiveness and integration, and embrace transparency and integrity. This should come as no surprise considering the fact that you're staunchly reinforcing everything that's in the interest of people's health, and considering your resonant word: “When speaking of citizens' health, nothing can be too costly.”

The National Project for Comprehensive and Integrated Health Care is nothing but a precise embodiment of your noble approach, targeting the accomplishment of justice, inclusiveness, integration, feasibility and viability, along with guaranteeing the quality of health services, building the national, highly qualified competencies, and putting into action the national health standards derived from the world's highest and most advanced standards.

The march of giving does not stop at the achievements which have been made or those projects their cornerstone have been set, as we live in a promising, flourishing reign at your leadership, O Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and your Crown Prince, May Allah protect you. And it is no secret that the Ministry of Health is currently establishing hundred and twenty two hospitals and medical towers, and three hundreds and five primary health care centers. In addition, the Ministry has planned to double the number of its hospital beds during the next seven years, Allah's willing, to meet the citizen's needs, achieve their comfort, and maintain their health and safety.
Furthermore, the Ministry of Health has not overlooked the quality and safety programs, and thanks to that the Ministry has made a great achievement to the effect that ten of its hospitals have earned the accreditation certificate of the American Commission for Hospital Accreditation, and thirty others have earned the accreditation certificate of the National Center for Health Facilities Accreditation. And the rest of its facilities and private sector facilities are to be subjected to accreditation programs for the sake of the patient's safety, and to raise the quality level and improve the performance.
In its relentless quest to develop work and facilitate its procedures, the Ministry has taken the initiative to set the institutional work, based upon the collective decision and scientific approach to guarantee its development and sustainability. In addition, it has developed and structured its technical, administrative, regulatory, and technological work, in addition to setting the concept of dialogue and sustainable transparency from your policy, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, May Allah protect you and perpetuate your glory.

All what the Ministry carries out is its duty, and all the above is no more than the tip of the iceberg; in order to reach, Allah willing, through your royal support and wise directives the best possible quality of health care, spread all over this beloved country and enjoyed by the faithful Saudi citizen.
In conclusion, it shouldn't escape my notice to extend to your Royal Majesty, on behalf of myself and on behalf of the Ministry's employees, all thanks, appreciation, and gratitude for your gracious patronage, unstinting support, and wise directives.
May Allah protect you, perpetuate your glory, guide you to all good deeds; and May Allah perpetuate the security, happiness, and health for this country.
