Dr. Al-Howasi Thanks the Rulers for Allocating over SR 15 Billion for Health Services

​His Excellency the Vice Minister for Health Affairs, Dr. Mansour Al-Howasi, has expressed his deep thanks and gratitude for the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, May Allah protect him, his Royal Highness the Crown Prince, and his Royal Highness the Second Deputy Prime Minister, on the occasion of allocating of more than SR 15 billion for constructing 22 medical projects, including 19 medical complexes and hospitals, and 3 centers for children's growth and behavioral disorders.

 

Dr. Al-Howasi said, “The directions of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, May Allah protect him, come along with his support for the health sector, as manifested in his persistent care for improving the sector, and providing the means of health care for citizens of various age groups, indicating that construction of 3 centers for growth and behavioral disorders of children along with care and heed provided by such centers for patients suffering from Autism and Hyperactivity, will be the first centers of their kind to be established in the Kingdom for such beloved peoples.”
 
He went on to say that the decision of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to expropriate a host of parcels with the aim of constructing some health facilities on them and approval of a number of developmental programs for the facilities of MOH, come as a part of his considerable efforts to overcome obstacles hindering the construction of health facilities. The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques also endeavors to accelerate the process of constructing such facilities to render health services in a manner that achieves comprehensiveness, quality, justice and fast service.
 
Dr. Al-Howasi further expounded that care and patronage provided by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for the health sector will reflect, Allah Willing, on the health services, in a manner that fulfills the aspirations of our dear citizens, and meets their health needs in accordance with the required standards and quality with the aim of reaching the desired targets of such health services, Allah Willing.
 
The Deputy Minister for Health Affairs, Dr. Al-Howasi, concluded that the MOH goes forward with the development of health services all over the facilities of MOH in a step to achieve the directions of our King and meet the aspirations of our dear citizens, manifested in providing the means of comprehensive health care all over the Kingdom.
