Media Information and Health Awareness Center Interviews Dr. Fatima Al-Ja'wan

   Today, May 26th, 2012, the Summer Health Awareness Program, presented by the MOH Media Information and Health Awareness Program, starts off by interviewing the Director of Technical Affairs of the Patient Rights, Dr. Fatima Al-Ja'wan. She will talk about the patient rights and relations, general regarded as a link between the Ministry of Health (MOH) and citizens. This department has been introduced to the Ministry in pursuit of promoting and developing communication between the Ministry and the beneficiaries of its services at all health services. Dr. Al-Ja'wan will also shed light on several topics related to patient rights and relations, seeking to find solutions to the problems facing patients, and facilitate their access to proper health services, as well as learning about people's opinions about the level of health services they receive at the MOH health facilities; with the aim to overcome any obstacles and avert any shortcomings.
 
It is worth mentioning that the Media Information and Health Awareness Center is staffed by over 1000 employees, of both genders, working under the Patient Rights and Relations General Department.
