The meeting agreed to set up a preparatory committee are preparing to develop a vision for the work of the Committee for the next phase, and the establishment of Forum consultation on psychological and social terms of this proposal has been advanced and discussed in detail by the Committee  members discussed a number of topics on the agenda mainly discuss the system of mental health and comments on it and communicate with the Consultative Council on the importance of the issuance of the system.
