AL Rabeeah: the Most Important Thing is Services Provided to Patients Rather than Buildings.

Minister of Health, Dr. Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz Al Rabeeah, visited patients in a number Health Facilities in provinces and cities in Riyadh Area. This visitation came on behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques. The Minister stated that the King asked him to communicate his greetings to his citizens after approving on his visitations to such places.
Dr. Al Rabeeah stressed out on the importance of subjecting all Ministry of Health Programs, in addition of developing buildings, to scientific and professional standards that are guided by global frameworks and policies and away from individual and personal interpretations.
His Excellence confirmed that the Ministry is dedicated to provide high quality services to patients as well as buildings, where the Ministry is committed to present health programs which meet citizens expectations based on the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques directions in applying international health standards. He also added that this kind of development must be based on citizens needs according to the Ministry's scientific and international adopted standards.
His Excellence stressed on providing all Kingdom's cities and provinces with such health and medical services evenly based on strategic plans included in the Comprehensive Health Care National Program, which was introduced last year to the King and recently subjected to be studied by the Ministry.
His Excellence added that he welcomes citizens' observations and complaints since they are essential to upgrade performances and resolve Medical Facilities issues.
Dr. Al Rabeeah pointed out that continuous communication with patients and reviewers are considered essential for identifying their needs and observations in order to present the required health care services. He also added: all procedures and policies are resulted from patients' need which is considered our main concern.
Dr. Al Rabeeah visited a number of health facilities in provinces and cities in Riyadh Area starting with Hotat Sedair, then Majma'a, Al Zelfi and AL Ghat. The tour included a number of development projects in health facilities and the provided health services.
Health Affairs General Manger, Dr. Adnan Al Abdul Kareem, said that such tour reflect his Excellence commitment to visit and monitor health facilities services in such areas due to our leadership directions to upgrade and monitor health care services quality for citizens and their needs.
Moreover, Minster of Health will visit Health Affairs in Al Qasim on Saturday to observe the provided health services in such area, construction projects and the opening of a number of new health projects. In addition of visiting AL Qasim Prince to discuss the area's health need.
