The Director General of Health Affairs in Aseer Dr. Abdullah M. Al-Wadie has raised his appreciation to HH the Minister of Health Dr. Hamad bin Abdullah Al-Mane for the generous fund of 200 million Saudi Riyals allocated to the health services in Aseer.
He said such valuable support will have its effects on the quality of health services provided to the citizens and residents in the area.
According to Al-Wadie, the fund will be used in financing a number of projects, including equipment of a medical tower at Abha public hospital, rehabilitation of the operation department at Aseer central hospital, equipment of a new intensive care unit at Aseer central hospital, provision of medical equipment to the heart surgery unit at Aseer central hospital, supply of a catheterization unit to Aseer central hospital, and provision of medical equipment to a number of hospitals.
