MOH Director General for Personnel Affairs Mr. Mohammed Al-Moais has issued a generalization to all provinces requiring all health directorates not to approve medical certificates of Ukrainian origin as of 01/01/1430 due to their poor theoretical and clinical qualities.
The generalization has been based on the observations provided for in a letter received from the Saudi Certificate for Health Specialties (SCFHS) on 01/01/1430, in which refer has been made to the poor qualificatoin noticed in the performance of physicians and dentists obtaining their certificates from Ukraine.
