The Minister of Health Dr. Hamad bin Abdullah Al-Mane signed yesterday in his office at the MOH premises two contracts with an overall cost of SR222,365,841.83. He signed a contract with Abdul Aziz Al-Sighair, in collaboration with Al-Attaq Corporation, for establishing the Psychological Health and Addiction Treatment Hospital in Hail with a capacity of 200 beds and an overall cost of SR120,531,779.99. He also signed a contract with the Saudi Company for Health Systems Ltd. for securing nutrition services to King Saud Medical Complex for three years with an overall cost of SR101,834,061.84. He said MOH, through signing the two contracts with two specialized national companies, would like to ensure provision of high quality health services to both citizens and residents.
"The establishment of the Psychological Health and Addiction Treatment Hospital in Hail will contribute to equal distribution of health services in the different parts of the Kingdom", he said. "An overall number of 14 psychological health hospitals are found in the different parts of the Kingdom for providing comprehensive health care services to the citizens and residents".
