MOH has confirmed in a statement issued yesterday its commitment to the contracts of non MOH employees who had been working at the private health centers prior to the MOH decision issued on 24/02/1429, whereby the services of those centers have been terminated. The termination decision has been taken due to failure of those centers in providing proper medical services.
MOH official spokesman Dr. Khalid Al-Marghlani said the Minister of Health Dr. Hamad Al-Mane has directed all directors of health affairs in the different provinces and districts to abide by the contracts governing the work relationship between private centers and non MOH employees.
