The Minister of Health Dr. Hamad bin Abdullah Al-Mane has approved the establishment of a new electric network for King Fahad Hospital in Al-Madeenah Al-Munawarah, said MOH Director General of Projects and Maintenance Eng Mohammed bin Ali Al-Qahtani.
He said works on the project shall be finalized during the coming four months within the overall maintenance works carried out in the hospital. A specialized company has been assigned for the periodical maintenance works of the current electric network until the new network becomes ready for operation.
As for the second phase of the new buildings of the hospital, such as the heart center, Eng Al-Qahtani said procedures are under way for obtaining the approval of the Ministry of Finance.
