MOH corrects the status of 49 employees in Tabuk

The Employees Affairs General Manager Saud bin Mubarak Al-Rafeea issued a decree whereby the status of 49 employees at Tabuk Health Affairs.
 
Al-Rafeea said the decision has been taken on the basis of the High Decree No. 8422/MB, dated 25/06/1426, requiring correction of the status of those who are assuming administrative positions different from the nature of their original fields.
He said 49 employees have been appointed on different scales from the second to the fifth scale. He said the article No. 18/1 of the Executive Bylaw of the Civil Service Act shall be applicable and the employees shall not deserve the appointment allowance in accordance with article 27/10 of the Civil Service Act.
The employees must confirm attendance in their new locations, said Al-Mitairi.
 
He said no employee shall have the right to demand shifting from the location to which he has been appointed unless at least one year has passed from the date of resumption of work in accordance with the decree of the civil service Council No. 885/1, dated 16/10/1419.
