The Minister of Health Dr. Hamad Al-Mane shall lead the Kingdom delegation participating in the eleventh session of the Council of Arabic Ministers of Health to be held in Algiers during the period of 9-10/2/1428H.
The delegation includes the MOH Undersecretary for Planning and Development Dr. Obeid Al-Obeid, the Health Directorate Consultant Dr. Rida Khalil, the Assistant Undersecretary for Preventive Medicine Dr. Yacub Al-Mazroo, the General Supervisor of International Health Mr. Al-Fakhiri, the General Manager of Medical and Pharmaceutical licenses pharmacist Ali Al-Zawawi, and the General Manager of Nursing Ust. Muneera Al-Osaimi.
A number of issues shall be discussed in the meetings, including the Arabic Fund for Health Development, the Arabic Project for Improving Health Facilities, the national drugs policies, the unified speech of the Council of the Arab Ministers of Health in front of WHO General Assembly in Geneva, and establishment of an Arabic union for combating tuberculosis and chest diseases.
