The Minister of Health Dr. Hamad Al-Mane said the Janadriya National Festival for Heritage and Culture is an important event at both national and Arabic levels. "It is a special target for coverage by Arabic and international news media due to its diverse activities reflecting the cultural and intellectual face of the Kingdom", he said.
He said Janadriya has obtained fame as a means for cultural exchange and a tool for linking the present with our glorious past.
He confirmed the accomplishment of the preparations for MOH participation in the occasion, denoting that an executive committee has been formed for supervising the preparatory works and coordinating with relative directorates.
He said MOH participation emerges from its concern to ensure success for this important cultural occasion which exemplifies the deeply rooted values and traditions of Saudi society.
"The Ministry of Health seeks through its participation to present the achievements reached in the health sector", he said. "We want our people to know the quality transformation witnessed in the health sector, which now matches its counterparts in the advanced countries".
