The MOH General Directorate of Health Economics organized yesterday a workshop under the title "Towards Consolidating the Concept of Health Economics ". The workshop aims at training the officials of health economics in the different provinces on the basic principles of health economics.
The MOH Director General of Health Economics Mr. Iqab bin Manahi Al-Qahtani said concentration in the workshop has been directed to three topics of health economics through three lectures, a lecture on the basic principles of health care economics, a second lecture on investing in the health sector, and a third lecture on the basics of health expenditure and cost calculations.
