Through this portal, MOH aims to build strong relationship with its suppliers by laying down solid foundations for more transparency, as well as establishing relationships and building strategic partnerships that benefit all parties, by facilitating procurement processes to encourage the suppliers to improve their products in terms of prices, services, and improving the services provided to them and accuracy of delivery dates. It is also keen to ensure supplier quality, obtain some indicators that prove their capabilities, make a necessary assessment before assigning any works to them, evaluating the job performed, as well as following up supplier-related problems and helping to solve them.
