Reporting Delivery Case

First: The User clicks the link to the Reporting Delivery Case system and enter username and password. The user will receive a code via a text message on his mobile phone or email to verify the user’s data according to the permissions granted to him.

Second: The procedures for reporting a new delivery case include three stages:

• The first stage: The clerk of the department enters and chooses (Reporting delivery case) and enters the initial information of the birth. He then sends it to the doctor or midwife who delivered the baby.

Note: If a department clerk is not available, the doctor or midwife can enter this information instead.

• The second stage: The doctor/midwife enters “Reporting Delivery Case List” if reporting delivery was entered by the department clerk. Then, he/she accepts the reporting after verifying the information entered or rejects the reporting if the notification is sent to the wrong doctor/midwife, or there is an error in the information entered by the department clerk. The doctor or midwife can correct the error himself without having to reject it and wait for the department clerk to amend the error. After the amendment, it is sent to the registrar in the Medical Reports Department or Patient Relations Department to complete the rest of the procedures. If there is no clerk to report a new delivery case, the initial report is registered and sent to the registrar in the Medical Reports Department to complete the rest of the procedures.​​
  

• The third stage: The registrar enters “Reporting Deliver Case List” to complete the delivery reporting data when the child’s guardian is present, then verifies its authenticity through the National Information Center and sends it to the Civil Status Office to issue the birth certificate. A text message will be sent via the mobile number entered in the delivery report, to the child’s guardian to complete and issue the child’s civil registry or residence number through Absher.
