The representative shall meet with the designated employee in the Supplier Accounts Department (Finance Department), attaching a valid Commercial Registration, a Representative Authorization Form certified by the Chamber of Commerce, and an IBAN Form certified by the bank. Alternatively, the registration request along with the required documents may be sent via email.
After verifying the data, the designated employee grants the representative access to the portal through the Representatives Directory.
The designated employee copies the representative’s email address and sends it to the IT support team to issue a temporary password.
Once the representative is registered, they are granted permission to change the password

A form with the IBAN number from the bank
An authorization for the representative from the company or institution certified by the Chamber of Commerce.
A valid commercial register.

A valid Commercial Registration.
A certified and approved Representative Accreditation Certificate showing the representative's name.
Copies of authenticated certificates, such as: (Commercial Registration, Saudization Certificate, Zakat and Tax Certificate).
Civil Service ID Number.
Verified and approved email address.
Bank account number and IBAN verification documents.
Detailed address, including: supplier’s physical address, representative’s contact numbers, and company’s contact numbers.
