Healthcare Licensing Services

From the Healthcare Facilities Page, click on the “New Request” button:

Step 1: Type and Specialization

• .Select the type of facility to be licensed.
• If the facility is a Pharmacy or Supportive Health Service Center, manually select “Initial Approval” from the request type list.
• For all other facility types, the system will automatically select “Initial Approval.”
• Select the sub-type of the facility.
• Choose the required specializations.
• Enter the number of beds (if applicable).
  

Step 2: Commercial Registration

Fill in the following mandatory fields:

• Commercial Registration Number.
• D number of one of the owners or the registration manager.

Step 3: Facility Information

Complete the facility details as follows:

• Facility name in Arabic.
• Facility name in English.
• Site condition: (Vacant land – Existing building with no need for modification or renovation – Existing building requiring modification or renovation).
• Legal entity type: (Sole proprietorship – Company – Charity organization).
• Email address.
• Phone number
  

The facility’s location is selected via the interactive map. Based on the chosen location, the following geographic fields will be auto-filled: Administrative region, city, licensing administration (directorate), street name, building number, district name, unit number, additional number, and postal code.

Step 4: Owner Information

In this step, the facility’s owners are added and registered within the request:

• Click the “Add Owner” button.
• Select the type of identifier: (National ID – Commercial Registration Number – Unified National Number – Residence Permit – Foreign Investor (Passport Number) – Foreign Investor (Commercial Registration from Country of Origin) – Legal Entity (700) – Foreign Legal Entity).
• After selecting the identifier type, enter the owner’s details and add them.
  

Step 5: Attachments and Declaration

• In this step, the required attachments must be uploaded, along with submitting the official declaration from the facility.​
