Booking an appointment for home healthcare is not done directly through the clinic, but through one of the following ways:

Primary Healthcare Centers:
An appointment is booked with the Family Medicine Clinic, and if the eligibility criteria for the service are met, the patient is referred to the hospital.

Hospitals:
An internal referral is made if the eligibility criteria for the service are met. This includes inpatients, emergency cases, and outpatient clinics.
Once an appointment is booked with the Home Healthcare Clinic, you will receive a notification via the Sehhaty app containing the appointment details, including the date and time of the service.
Open the Sehhaty app.
Select “Appointments” from the bottom menu.
A list of home healthcare appointments will appear, including the upcoming service appointment.

Inpatients in hospital:
Patients whose condition is stable and the attending physician believes that they cannot be discharged without availability of health services at home.
Non-inpatients:
OPC patients admitted in hospital and in need of health care upon referral and a clear treatment plan by the treating doctor in the hospital.
Emergency patients and in need of health care upon referral and a clear treatment plan by the attending physician in the hospital.
Patients of primary health centers referred according to policy of accepting patients of primary healthcare centers
Alzheimer's patients in accordance with the patient admission policy of Alzheimer's Association.

Complete and clear referral from the attending physician to the applicant
Signature of the patient or the family responsible for him, approving the home health care service.
Distance between the health care section and the patient's home should not exceed 70 km.
