New Supplier Registration

An e-service which is made available on the Ministry of Health portal. Beneficiaries can get the service by visiting the portal home page, selecting e-services, then registering a new supplier. In addition, the supplier services icon allows beneficiaries to update the suppliers profile besides inquiring about all reports related to their financial statements without the need to personally go to the entity

Request to register as a user and fill in all basic data and information related to the representative (name / civil registry number / contact number / email )
Register company information (name of the company or institution / commercial registry number / IBAN number / Company or institution national address / company mailbox / company postal code) and attach all the documents described above in the registration requirements in addition to the expiry date of each document.
Verification of the information by the Supplier Relations Management. If it is correct, approval is given. If it is incomplete or incorrect, the request is rejected, and the representative is notified electronically of this.
If the mandatory requirements are not attached or the basic information fields are not filled in (the request will be rejected immediately electronically).
Any supplier who has a previous account in Mawarid is not allowed to register again.

All required certificates and licenses must be valid.

An authorization from the company or supplier to the representative, certified by the Chamber of Commerce, stating the representative's information and contact number, and attaching national identity (required).
A valid commercial register (required).
The approved national address (required).
A valid Zakat and Income Tax certificate (required).
A valid certificate from the General Organization for Social Insurance registering the facility in the organization and paying insurance rights (required).
The certificate of affiliation to the Chamber of Commerce, if the competitor is legally obligated to belong to the Chamber of Commerce, is valid (required).
A valid certificate of achieving the percentage required for nationalization of jobs (required).
A certificate with the IBAN number certified by the bank or a valid bank in the name of the company (required).
Proof that the establishment is a local small and medium enterprise (optional).
A classification certificate in the field of work applied for if that work is one of the requirements for classification (optional).
A valid certificate of affiliation to the Saudi Council of Engineers if the works applied for are engineering works (optional).
A valid investment license (optional).
