The Referral Program is affiliating to the MOH and associated with the Vice Minister for Health Affairs. It is meant to provide referral services for patients at all therapeutic levels in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, bearing in mind containment of costs and achieving the highest possible level of quality to gain the beneficiary's satisfaction.
