Based on the decision of the Saudi Legal Health Commission for Private Health Institutions in the Eastern Region, approved by the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) in Riyadh, the Ministry of Health (MOH) closed “Tadawi Hospital”, one of the private hospitals in Dammam (Eastern Region) on Monday, 13/2/2012 (corresponding to 21/3/1433H) for a period of fifteen days due to the repeated professional mistakes made by the health staff therein.
