Current plans to achieve the goal:
- Reviewing the current healthcare system governance and regulations.
- Re-defining the role of the Ministry so that MoH should be devoted mainly to
supervision, regulation, control and health policy formulation.
- Designing the new healthcare system governance and the operational model of
the Ministry of Health as a regulator of the healthcare
sector.
- Issuing the necessary regulations by the relevant authorities regarding the
health sector governance.
