  4. PhD in organizational leadership in information and technology systems, University of Phoenix, USA, 2010. 
 
Experiences:
  • Having about 24 years of experiences with Saudi Aramco Co. at different departments, including materials system planning, factory operations & project procurement, construction and operation contracts, logistics services, material services, as well as information technology.
  • Worked as a maintenance engineer at Al Ju`aymah Gas Plant.
  • Worked as a communication engineer in information technology in Dhahran and Yanbu.
  • Worked for about five years as a designer and representative of standards and specifications section, with Saudi Aramco project for the application of resource management system.
  • Worked as an acting director of several departments at different periods within the company.
  • Worked for two years as director of procurements, contracts and logistic services for Aramco Services Co. in Houston, USA.
  • Served in the management of a number of strategic projects at supply departments in Saudi Aramco Co., for applying the latest technology and improving the performance quality, as well as developing standard performance indicators, interactive reports and advanced technologies such as barcode, radio-frequency identification (RFID) and e-archiving.  
 
Skills:
  1. Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  2. Experience with computer software and excellent command in many programming languages, in addition to the hobby of setting up computer hardware and networking.
  3. Achieving a paradigm shift in the departments and work procedures, by means of adopting modern theories in leadership and administration science.
  4. Working with team spirit and dealing with different work systems and approaches at the same time.
