The
Health Ada’a Center, affiliated with the Ministry of Health, has received an international Recognition Certificate from Sterling International, the global partner of the Baldrige Alliance. The Center has become the first healthcare organization worldwide to receive this recognition under the Sterling Collaborative Management Assessment Program.
The recognition was presented during the 34th Sterling Leadership Conference 2026, held from May 26–29 in Florida, United States, in acknowledgment of the Center’s progress in implementing organizational excellence methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and enhancing institutional performance.
The Ministry stated that this achievement reflects the Health Ada’a Center’s commitment to adopting international best practices and standards in quality and organizational performance. It also supports ongoing efforts to advance healthcare services and achieve the objectives of the Health Sector Transformation Program, one of the initiatives under
Saudi Vision 2030, by strengthening effective government, improving institutional performance, and embedding a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
The Health Ada’a Center is responsible for improving healthcare performance, enhancing productivity and efficiency, and facilitating access to healthcare services. Its work includes monitoring the performance of healthcare facilities, preparing performance reports, leading operational improvement and change management projects, developing workforce capabilities, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
