Health Holding Company Announces 3,150 Job Opportunities Across 20 Clusters

Health Holding Company​ announced the availability of 3,150 job opportunities across its 20 health clusters in all regions and cities of the Kingdom. The vacancies include positions for consultants, specialists, resident physicians under training, and nursing professionals to meet the growing demand for qualified healthcare practitioners.

The initiative aims to create employment opportunities for Saudi talent while enabling health clusters to recruit qualified professionals with greater flexibility, supporting the sustainability and quality of healthcare services and improving access to care in line with the objectives of the Health Sector Transformation Program, one of the programs of Saudi Vision 2030.
The company also announced that the Resident Physician Under Training position within the Saudi Board Family Medicine Program represents an innovative career pathway focused on structured, hands-on clinical training across health clusters. Physicians will work under the title of Resident Physician Under Training throughout the program within a training environment accredited by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties, enabling them to gain the clinical experience required in primary healthcare and qualify for the Saudi Board examination in Family Medicine, opening broader opportunities for professional growth.
Health Holding Company stated that direct recruitment of healthcare practitioners will be conducted through the recruitment portals of each of the 20 health clusters, with applications opening on March 3, 2026. Applicants may apply to only one health cluster.
The company emphasized that this initiative will enhance operational efficiency across health clusters under the Saudi Model of Care, delivering integrated, people-centered healthcare services that place individuals at the heart of healthcare delivery.
