MOH launches e-consultation to enhance instant services on Sehhaty app.

The Ministry of Health has announced the launch of an e-consultation to enhance instant consultation services on the "Sehhaty" app. This initiative aims to survey beneficiaries' feedback and promote electronic community participation, contributing to improving the quality of digital health services and facilitating access to them. This aligns with the targets of the Health Sector Transformation Program—one of the programs under Saudi Vision 2030—to build a vibrant society enjoying a sustainable quality of life.

The consultation seeks to gather the views of "Sehhaty" app users regarding key proposed improvements for the instant consultation service and identify priority areas for development. This will help enhance service efficiency, elevate beneficiary experience, and deliver digital health services that are more responsive to their needs.

The Ministry of Health invites all members of society to participate in the consultation and contribute their opinions and suggestions, supporting ongoing efforts to develop digital health services and reinforcing the role of beneficiaries in enhancing service quality and improving their healthcare experience.
