The Ministry of Health (MoH) has announced the results of its e-consultation, launched to gather beneficiaries' feedback on proposed features for medical report services in the Sehhaty app. The consultation aims to develop the service, enhance the beneficiary experience, and contribute to improving the quality of digital health services, in line with the Health Sector Transformation Program objectives under Saudi Vision 2030.
MoH explained that the consultation covers several proposed enhancements, including access to medical reports for residency, weapons, and driving medical examinations. These enhancements aim to improve the efficiency of health services and facilitate beneficiaries' access to them.
This initiative is part of MoH's efforts to promote community participation and incorporate beneficiaries' feedback into the development of health services, keeping pace with developments and enhancing the efficiency and quality of services provided.
