- Knowing exactly what to do and how to act if any side effects of the medication occur.
- Requesting a second medical opinion from another physician regarding your diagnosis.
- Refusing the proposed treatment method or approach within the limits allowed by regulations, while bearing the consequences after they have been clearly explained to you.
- Being visited and evaluated by the consultant physician within 24 working hours of your admission to the hospital.
