Sick Leave Issuance Service

This service aims to issue electronic sick leaves, by means of linking the relevant bodies, namely: the Ministry of Health (MOH), the Ministry Interior (MOI), the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties, and the Ministry of Civil Service (MCS). The service automates the procedures among these bodies in an integrated manner through e-connectivity; thus, enabling the health service provider to issue such sick leaves and share them with beneficiaries electronically. The sick leave report can be shared electronically with MCS, as well as the ultimate beneficiary via SMS, in addition to the ability to print the report from the Portal.

A new user is added to the facility by adding the user's personal data, and then assigning the role determined to him.
The sick leave checker adds the doctors affiliated with the medical facility, and doctors can be added via an add screen, or through a file.
The sick leave checker adds the facility’s logo by clicking on the “Add facility logo” button as a requirement for the ability to print the sick leave/companion’s leave by the health facility that is not affiliated with the Ministry of Health, the holder of the permit and his employer.
The sick leave entry adds sick leave by clicking the "Add Sick Leave" button, selecting the Standard Sick Leave or Standard Sick Leave/Accompanying Leave form, and confirm submitting the request by clicking OK.
The sick leave checker reviews and approves the sick leave requests, and the requests are displayed based on the most recent request, and the requests that need to be checked are marked in red.
