This is a medical screening conducted for new students before entering school. Its purpose is to determine the appropriate educational track (General Education or Special Education), ensure the completion of essential primary vaccinations, and achieve the early detection of any health issues.

Target Group:
New students entering the first grade of primary school across all schools in the Kingdom, specifically:
    • For the academic year 1442 (students currently in the second grade).
    • For the academic year 1443 (students newly entering the first grade).
Location:
All Primary Healthcare Centers.

Timeline:
From the beginning of the second semester of the current academic year until the start of the following academic year.

Program Components:
  • Student's medical history.
  • Verification of completion of essential primary vaccinations in accordance with the National Immunization Schedule.
  • Clinical examination.
  • Weight, height, and Body Mass Index (BMI) measurement.
  • Visual acuity (eyesight) screening.
  • Dental screening.
  • Hearing screening.

Role of Parents:
    • Book an appointment for the student at the healthcare center using the Sehhaty app.
    • Accompany the student to the healthcare center at the scheduled time, adhering to all precautionary measures for infection prevention.

    5. Choose the preferred Primary Healthcare Center.
    6. Select the Family Medicine Clinic.
    7. Choose the suitable day and date for your visit.
    8. Confirm the booking to receive your appointment confirmation message.
