  • Reem has over 24 years of experience, during which she has played a pivotal role in leading the workforce, starting with National Guard Health Affairs. In 2020, she actively led the workforce program at the Ministry of Health, which is considered one of the largest programs to achieve transformation in the healthcare sector. She currently supervises several program and projects related to the workforce, implemented by the Ministry of Health with collaboration with different stakeholders across the health sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 
  • In addition, she leads the Deputyship for Human Resources Development, contributing significantly to enhancing workforce efficiency and ensuring the readiness of workface migration national and organizational needs with those of the Ministry of Health. 
  • She holds a distinguished leadership position on various committees, including the advisory council for applied medical sciences at KSU, Nomination and awarding committee for the Northen Sector at the Holding Health Company, the Saudi Council for Leadership at the Misk 2030 Leaders Program , and leading the advisory Council for Women Empowerment at the Ministry of Health
  • Reem is a distinguished Saudi leader with exceptional capabilities. She holds an Executive MBA in Business Leadership from University Memphis TN, Fogelman College of Business & Economics in the USA and was among the first batch of graduates from the MISK 2030 Leaders Program. She also earned a bachelor’s degree in computer Science and Information Technology from King Saud University.
