MoH: 937 Receives Over 1 Million Calls During Hajj 1447H

The Ministry of Health announced that its unified 937 Call Center has received more than one million calls in seven languages since the beginning of the 1447H Hajj season through the tenth day of Dhul Hijjah. The center operates around the clock to serve pilgrims and facilitate access to healthcare services for visitors of different nationalities, in line with the objectives of the Health Sector Transformation Program and the Pilgrim Experience Program under Saudi Vision 2030​.

The Ministry stated that services were provided in Arabic, English, Indonesian, Turkish, French, Persian, and Urdu. Calls included medical inquiries, consultations, health awareness related to heat exhaustion, chronic diseases, preventive measures, and the reporting of health incidents. These services were delivered by qualified staff supported by advanced technology to ensure rapid response and high-quality service.
The Ministry encouraged pilgrims to make use of the 937 Call Center for medical inquiries, consultations, and emergency health reports, reaffirming that the service remains available 24/7 to support pilgrims’ health and help them perform their Hajj rituals safely and with peace of mind.
