The center is staffed by qualified, multilingual professionals available around the clock to ensure prompt responses to pilgrims' health needs. Services are offered in seven languages: Arabic, English, French, Urdu, Indonesian, Farsi, and Turkish, enabling effective communication with pilgrims of diverse nationalities.
The 937 Call Center handles inquiries, provides over-the-phone medical consultations by licensed physicians, responds to urgent health reports in coordination with healthcare facilities in Makkah and the holy sites, manages complaints and follow-ups, and assists in locating missing or hospitalized individuals.
